HILTL Vegetarian Now in its third generation, Hiltl is Europe's first vegetarian restaurant (since 1898). The emphasis is on freshness, with ingredients purchased daily from farm suppliers that grow their own vegetables, preferably organic. Everything is prepared fresh from scratch, gently cooked by their own 20 chefs. Hiltl is famous for its lunchtime vegetarian buffet, featuring some 50 homemade salads and hot dishes, and also an Indian buffet in the evening. Breakfasts are also very popular.
