Nose: Sweet, vanilla, hints of fruit, apples, oak.
Palate: Medium to full bodied, slightly oily, barley notes, vanilla and spices.
Finish: Long and dry, touch of mint, with a pleasant sweetness.

Nose: Sweet, toffee, notes of fresh oak, some smoke, cake batter.
Palate: Sherry and spice, light smoke, malty, complex blend of caramel and mollases, a hint of licorice.
Finish: Long and malty, smoke, dry oak, slightly scented.
