Hand selected grapes for this wine (80% Grenache from 80 year old vines, 10 % Cinsault and 5% Rolle) were harvested from the Domaine Sainte Marie, located 10 miles west of Saint Tropez and noted for filterable siliceous soil containing michaschists, schists and whole quartz.
Aroma: Wild strawberry, crisp apple, green apple, orange peel, watermelon rind, bell pepper, rose, floral, light, airy, breezy.
