Chef George Fowler has fresh fish coming in daily from the next-door dock. There are selections of Tuna Sashimi, Crab Cakes, Mussels, and Fresh Shrimp.
For those more “Turf” orientated, Fillet of Beef, Rack of Lamb, and Veal Chop are available. Try the dessert “Sticky Toffee Pudding”, famous on the island.
