Ingredients
1 oz Mahia
1 oz Apple Jack
0.75 oz simple syrup
0.75 oz lime juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Glass: Rocks
Ice: cubes

Instructions
Shake all ingredients. Strain over ice.

Ingredients
2.0 oz Don Q Cristal rum
.75 oz Freshly squeezed and strained grapefruit juice
.5 oz Freshly squeezed and strained orange juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
1 dash Lime juice
1 dash orange bitters

Garnish: Dash of bitters and mixed citrus fruits
Glass: Rocks
Ice: cubes

Instructions
Shake rum, juices, simple syrup and ice until well chilled. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a dash of bitters and citrus fruit.

1.0 oz fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Peppercorn & Sage Syrup
.125 oz Mathilde Poires

Garnish: Sage Leaf

Instructions
Shake all ingredients. Pour over ice.

2 oz Jefferson's Rye
.5 oz Nardini Amaro
.5 oz Grade B Maple Syrup
.75 oz Simple Syrup
2 dash Angostura Bitters

Garnish: Lemon and orange zest
Glass: Rocks
Ice: cubes

Instructions
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass and stir well. Strain and pour into glass. Garnish with lemon and orange zest.

2 oz Knob Creek Bourbon
1 oz Merlet Crème de Poire Williams
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.75 oz lemon juice
1 barspoon applesauce
1 dash ground cinnamon

Garnish: cinnamon stick

Instructions
Shake all ingredients. Pour over ice.

Ingredients
2 oz Disaronno
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz apricot preserves
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Garnish: lemon wheel
Glass: highball
Ice: cubes

Instructions
Combine ingredients into mixing glass. Shake with ice. Strain into highball glass with ice. Garnish with lemon wheel.

Stoned

Strawberry Summer Blonde
(Long Island Spirits)
LiV Vodka is distilled from local potatoes on the East-end of Long Island. The Strawberry Sorbetta is an infusion of local strawberries from the North Fork in LiV Vodka.

 

Ingredients
1 oz LiV Vodka
0.25 oz Strawberry Sorbetta
1.5 oz lemonade
1 dash sparkling water

Garnish: Mint
Glass: Rocks
Ice: cubes

Instructions
Place ice and ingredients in a shaker and shake until ice cold. Fill rocks glass with ice and empty shaker into glass. Add a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with mint.

Strawberry Summer Blonde

 

  Spirit: Gin  

TEN Smash

Ingredients
2 oz Tanqueray® No. TEN Gin
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Thai Basil Base
3 Fresh Pink Grapefruit
4 Thai Basil Leaves
1 dash Grapefruit Bitters

Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge and Thai Basil Leaf
Glass: Rocks
Ice: crushed

Instructions
Muddle fresh grapefruit and thai basil. Add all other liquid ingredients. Fill rocks glass with crushed ice. Add grapefruit bitters to rocks glass with crushed ice. Strain over glass. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and thai basil leaf on skewer.
